PGA TOUR Superstore

Title: Shop with Caution/Racial Profiling I typically have a great time when shopping at this store as today was my 4th visit, and I’ve spent around $ 1100 so far. So much in fact, I brought my neighbor & golfing buddy with me because he wanted to purchase a new set of clubs while I shopped for a new driver. There was only one person in a bay when we arrived, and as we narrowed our choices, we went to try them out in a bay. While I later realized we were being followed around while shopping, my buddy and I decided to continue to try out the clubs anyway. We were there for about 16 minutes when we were told that we had no more time left to hit in the bay. We were baffled by this because the older white man in the bay next to us was STILL HITTING IN THAT BAY. Once we realized how this policy was only being enforced with us, including all of the employee eyeballs that followed us around the store as we shopped, we left feeling like we were definitely racially profiled. I made it very clear that I was there to make a purchase to the sales associate who helped me in the bay (and was quite helpful in explaining the features). I would hate to feel like this is a reflection of the management, but when my wife later called the store to share my experience, the manager Drew asked her “What do you want me to do?” He eventually apologized for my experience, but she felt it was very disingenuous. So if you’re a person of color, just be careful if you decide to shop here. My golfing buddy is the CEO of a CPA firm with 3 locations, and I am an active duty military (22 years). Apparently, none of that matters if you look like us and are wearing t-shirts and shorts with ball caps. Get Outlook for iOS

Wow!! so I come to the store only to be met with not so happy workers. Then I ask to use the hitting bays. I pay for 2hrs of hitting. Then they send me to the back of the store where they have nets and a computer screen set up. All while they have 6-7 hitting bays with full Screen technology. So after getting to start to hit in the bay. I find out it has no camera for the head of your club or your body. So no data there. Then after spending the 2 hrs collecting my data. The screen times out and my data is gone. So I call the guy over and he says, yes it’s gone and I can’t get it. The WHOLE reason for a simulator is to collect DATA!! The offered me more time. But I have just got balls for 2 hrs. I had no energy left. How is the PGA Golf store be this bad in the HEART of golf. Very in happy customer!

MUST COME HERE FOR ALL YOUR GOLF NEEDS!!! I started getting back into golf and needed a new set of irons. I thought I was hitting decent with my old Pings, but after going through the experience and testing out a few sets it put a different perspective on truly needing new irons. Drew Miller was helping me out with the process. I didn't have an appointment to get fitted but they do have walk in's available. Even though you might get more detailed with the paid hitting, Drew definitely took the time to get me into the right set of clubs for me. He even gave me some pointers that immediately showed improvement in my swing. There was no force into buying the set after the fitting. He saved the information for me in the system so I can come back with no problem. I just received my new TaylorMade Sim iron set two days ago and couldn't wait to go and test them out. I noticed a huge improvement in my alignment and distance. These clubs are very forgiving and help you set the ball where you need it. Thanks Drew for all your help and getting me back in the game were I can have a good time now and not want to throw the clubs. Lol. Competitive/Excellent pricing. I will definitely be back to upgrade my Driver.
